April 2011 Day 1

DIVINE SURPRISE SHALL DIG THEIR GRAVES!

BASIC SCRIPTURE: JOHN 3:6-8

Welcome to this new quarter of DIVINE SURPRISE which will provoke satanic confusion/wonder in the camp of your enemies! Vs. 8 of today’s text says: “The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.” That means that from the day that you become Born Again, you become like the wind which cannot be seen but its effect cannot be ignored (thou hearest the sound thereof). We can also be nicknamed: “Brother or Sister WIND!” That means that you cannot be understood, EXPLAINED or predicted by demons (thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth). Listen: If you can be predicted, then you can be preyed upon (become a victim). After the last World Anointing Night at the national stadium, Lagos, one of the top bishops who was my guest and who also prophesied that night, started calling me: THE MYSTERY MAN! I told him to give the glory to THE MYSTERY GOD! He said when he saw that crowd of about 500,000 souls, he asked God: “LORD, what is the secret?” - Because I am not on TV and hate any form of publicity! Oh, may your pathway and your progress be mysteries to your friends and foes! I call it, “THE GRACE OF DIVINE SURPRISE” and that will be your portion in this 2nd quarter of 2011! While your enemies are yet planning and strategizing on how to get at you, what they will hear is the news of your escape! What will kill your enemies this year is shock and surprise! They will wonder at how you surpassed their plans! They will wonder at your testimony because your life is like the wind that cannot be predicted by man! You are a bone that the devil cannot crack, a mathematical equation he cannot solve; an historic fact he cannot comprehend; a book he cannot read and a drug that will kill him. Lift up your hands, worship your God and begin to pray now!

1. In your own words, pray about today’s Word as led now.

2. Thank God for the gift of life! God of the wind and fire, turn my life and ministry into a wind-like fire that cannot be predicted.

3. The world will know that my testimony is not an “April fool” story! Holy Ghost, move my life like the wind. My life shall disappoint my enemies in this quarter/year in Jesus name!

4. I release confusion/shock into the camp of my enemies this quarter! Holy Ghost, release the grace of divine surprise upon my life and ministry now and in this new quarter in Jesus name.

5. I jump and cross over every satanic plan against my life and ministry, today and in this 2nd quarter of 2011. Pray in Tongues!

DIFFERENT DESTINIES; DIFFERENT SEASONS! HOLD ON!

BASIC SCRIPTURE: PSALM 1:1-6

Welcome to today’s devotional. On a particular day, I got this text below: “Sir, your prayers WORKED. My daughter graduated as a medical doctor and my son won the American visa. I shall continue to sow into the ODM vision. Thank you sir” From Mrs. O.M.Y (+234-803-614-7696). Then, just as I was rejoicing with this beloved sister, another text popped into my phone: “Sir, again my promotion has been given to another. I feel like vanishing from the earth. What a humiliation! Must I cry and suffer before I get anything?” From: (+234-803-3442-375). Then it occurred to me again that indeed, every child of God has his/her season of manifestation and every harvest is tied to a season! While some are crying, some are laughing! That is why you must NEVER envy or make a mockery of others! See how today’s scripture vs. 3 describes any faithful child of God: “…he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season…” Note: “IN HIS SEASON.” That means that your fruit/harvest is tied to a season! The Holy Ghost is saying again: Do Not Envy The Season Of Others; Your Season To Be Envied Will Show Up! If you are single, don’t envy those that are married. If your marriage is not working fine for now, don’t envy those that are the acting “Romeos and Juliets” of this season. Truth is that God has given everyone of us different seasons to manifest in order to see the need for one another. NOBODY HAS IT ALL! Why do some regions of the earth have sunshine while others are experiencing moonlight? Why does the moon and the sun not manifest at the same time? Hear Elizabeth O’Connor: “Envy is a symptom of lack of appreciation of our own uniqueness and self worth. Each of us has something to give that no one else has.” No wonder Lawrence Durrell in the play “Justine” shouted: “It is not love that is blind, but jealousy.” Envy no one! Wait for your season! It must come! (Be in your local church tomorrow).

1. In your own words, pray about today’s Word generally now.

2. God of times and seasons; make a way for my life and ministry even when there seems to be no way (Pray it very well).

3. I scatter every satanic plan to provoke me to act outside my season in Jesus name (Pray it very well).

4. I reverse every satanic bullets fired against my harvest season back to sender in Jesus name. Still pray about this quarter!

5. My great God, do in me what will make the world know that you are good. LORD, bow the heavens, and turn my captivity around for good in Jesus name.

April 2011 Day 3

GOD IS A BAKER! JUST HOLD ON IN THE ‘OVEN!’

BASIC SCRIPTURE: JOB 23:1-17

A little boy was telling his grandma how “everything” was going wrong: School, family problems, severe health problems, etc. Meanwhile, Grandma was baking cake. She then asked her grandson if he would like a snack, to which, of course, he said yes. “Here, have some cooking oil.” “No” said the boy. “How about a couple of raw eggs?” “That’s terrible, Grandma!” “Would you like some flour then? Or maybe some baking soda?” “Grandma, they all smell bad!” To which Grandma replies: “Yes, all those things seemed bad by themselves, but when they are put together in the right way, they make a wonderful delicious cake!” God works in the same way! Many times, we wonder why He would let us go through such bad and difficult times. God knows that when He puts all these things in His order, they always work together for good! We just have to trust Him and, eventually, they will all make something wonderful!” Job said in vs. 10 of today’s Scripture: “But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.” He was also saying (paraphrased): “Oh, when He has baked me, I shall come forth as a wonderful cake.” Indeed, I love to describe God sometimes, as a “Baker” and any allowed pain or trial in your life is the baking process of your destiny! No wonder Peter Marshall wrote: “God will not permit any trouble to come upon us unless He has a specific plan by which great blessings can come out of that trial.” That is why, no matter how 2011 has been and in this 2nd quarter of this year, you must NEVER give up now! Just as a gem cannot be polished without friction, so without “organized and supervised trouble,” your decoration cannot be baked. God is up to something awesome in your life this year! Hold on and hold out!

2. I refuse to jump out of the oven of my God. Bake my destiny, O God and turn me into a tourist attraction in Jesus name.

3. Great people pass through great trials! My Father, my Father, turn every trial to my testimony this year. I wait upon You. Never allow me to end up in shame in Jesus name.

4. I decree unrest, discomfort and the plagues of Egypt into the lives of those that are resisting my advancement!

5. Pray about today seriously as led now. Cancel a financial loss.
